Dr. Siriwan received her doctoral degree in Telecommunications from Ohio University in 2001, her LL.M. from Chulalongkorn University, her M.A. in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Mahidol University, her M.A. in Mass Communication from Chulalongkorn University in Thailand and her third master’s degree in Telecommunications from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, USA in 1997. For 22 years Dr. Siriwan has worked for the Royal Thai Police and currently she is the Director of the Center for Communication Policy Study at STOU. Her recent works involve Broadcasting Policy such as the Assignment of Digital Television Channels, and ASEAN Media Ethics.
